Celebrating Christmas

This is going to be another one of my long posts. I apologize in advance. I wanted to make sure I didn't leave anything out for the grandparents.

We hope you all had a very merry Christmas! We started our Christmas celebration at our ward Christmas Party. Pictured below is Paul and Paige with Santa Claus. They both loved him. We thought Paige would freak out but she loved his beard. She grabbed on the moment she sat down on his lap and didn't want to let go. Paul eagerly jumped in his lap in order to get a toy on the other side.


The celebration continued on a couple trips to Disneyland. If you haven't been during the Holidays, you have to go. It is magical. Here we are on Santa's Sled. Too bad we didn't have this picture in time for our Christmas Card.

Here is Paul visiting Santa and his reindeer. Again, he loved it. I think he was a little dissappointed this Santa didn't have a toy for him after the picture. He did get a candy cane which was almost as good as a toy.

This year Paul got to go on the roller coaster in Toon Town. He was exactly the right height. He went on it 4 times and would have kept going if we had let him. I am so excited for when he is old enough to go on some of the other big rides I love like Space Mountain, Tower of Terror and California Screamin.

Actual Christmas was spent in St. George with the whole Proctor Family. There were 21 of us this year as well as one friend and we all stayed in the same house! It was full but lots and lots of fun. There were 7 grandkids this year which made it extra exciting. We kicked off the week by celebrating Grandpa Proctor's birthday on the 22nd. We went miniature golfing. Let's just say, it was interesting with 2 two-year-olds, a 4-year-old and a 5-year-old. I'm not sure if anyone played a full game. Paul pretty much wandered around the whole place throwing his ball around and stealing two others. He ended up with three balls at the end of the game.

Yay! It's finally Christmas morning. The kids were so excited to walk up the stairs to see what Santa brought for them. They were so patient while we had breakfast. Here are some pictures of us waiting for breakfast.
